No new media. I can see the media on my camera and on Android app but can't import files to PC. No errors. The only thing I can see on the camera is information "USB connected". If you haven't yet, please go over the steps on Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows.
Just organized improperly. It happened to me yesterday too when it was working fine earlier in the week. I contacted GoPro support and they weren't able to offer a solution other than to reformat the SD card back up your data of course. No idea if that will help yet. We did a test and it worked fine. The only difference with these recent recordings is they were about 1 GB file size each. I am wondering if file size or video length causes some impact.
Luckily the files were there. They are just dated wrong. Hopefully a solution is discovered soon! I am thinking it is file size. I was just able to download a mb file from the cloud. Showed up fine. It downloads, app crashes to the homescreen. I got into the iPhone storage settings and it shows that the large file was downloaded.
Media is visible on the iPhone app, and is dated correctly, but media won't show up in GoPro Quik for desktop. Have footage on several dates since and still not visible on mobile app. However, one set of footage has all appeared from an early June date.
Just to add to this, I have just found my videos, dated in However the date and time on the camera itself is set correctly to June For What It's Worth. I am having the same issues and I don't see a clear answer too. The video in question is recorded in 4k. I'm wondering if the resolution is to high to transfer on app or on Quik. I honestly do not understand why I can't transfer the 4k videos on my app or on Quik.
I must add, I can transfer video but not 4k. If anyone understand what is going on please help. Check out this article for more information. I am having the same issue, new photos I take wont load onto the app to view. I'm also using the IPhone 11X Pro. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Hello, gizsr. Are you able to view the photos in-camera? Is the issue only observed with photos? What about videos? When the camera is paired with the app, are you able to preview the photos?
Does the camera allow you to import them to the app? Do you get a confirmation of a successful import? If you do, see if the photos may have bee incorrectly dated and could be under a different timeline in the app. Hello, elenaalina. Is it already updated to the latest firmware? Which phone are you using and which OS is it running on? Were you able to successfully pair your phone and the camera through the app before? I had same problem with media shot today on my Hero 7 Black version The camera's date and time were correct at the top of the Preferences screen.
When I opened the iPhone app version 6. I had to scroll all the way to the bottom of the View Media view to find the new media under Sat. Jan 2, the most recent file and Fri, Jan 1, all the others from today. I selected the most recent file through the app and clicked the 3 vertical dots in the upper right, then "Info" from the menu -- it showed a date of Jan 2, Doing the same thing for the other files from today showed a date of Jan 1, Even though the camera's date and time on the Preferences screen were correct, I brought up the app's Settings section and clicked "Set Date and Time," shot a short test video, and then did View Media and found it as expected at the top with the correct date.
I checked its "Info" and saw it had the correct date. One other thing: It had been over a month since I last powered on the camera. Is it possible that the camera lost track of the date in that time and reset itself to Jan 1, ? Even so, it's odd that it was correct in the Preferences screen unless that clock is separate from the one that timestamps the files. Make sure to check on the camera's date and time before using it. Go pro app won't show new media [ New ]. The only real solution I can see in these threads is to get an external SD Card reader.
Report Inappropriate Content. I took it down a local trail and the video just didn't seem the way I expected it to be. At some parts you can see how blurry and weird the camera behaves. This is one of HyperSmooth's limitations. Maybe this issue will be addressed in future firmware update. To reduce blur, you should set your shutter speed to at least twice the FPS value. The faster the shutter speed, the crisper the image, and the less blur you will see. Please be noted that too fast shutter speed will make your footage too dark, so choose a shutter speed carefully. Try using a higher ISO, for example , to allow the camera to maintain a faster shutter. Try 2 , 3 , and 4 with WB manually set start at K and adjust from there as needed and Color Flat.
